Daniel H. Handman is a partner in Hirschfeld Kraemer’s Los Angeles office. Dan’s areas of expertise include discrimination/harassment cases, wage & hour, and employee theft/trade secret litigation. He has successfully taken more than a dozen cases to trial, securing numerous favorable summary judgment rulings, and many arbitration successes for clients in a wide range of industries. In addition to advising and counseling clients on all aspects of employment and traditional labor law, he also conducts internal investigations and leads employee trainings.

Kirstin Muller is a partner in Hirschfeld Kraemer’s Los Angeles office. Her clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. She practices exclusively labor and employment law, defending clients in litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies (EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor, California’s DFEH, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Cal/OSHA, and EDD, among others). She represents employers in disputes ranging from discrimination, reasonable accommodation, wrongful termination, wage & hour, and trade secret issues.
Monte Grix

Monte Grix is an associate in Hirschfeld Kraemer’s Los Angeles office. He represents employers in labor and employment matters in both traditional labor and non-union settings. Monte handles litigation matters involving employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour class actions, and employment-related trade secret/intellectual property/non-competition claims, as well as counseling employers on a broad range of employment law issues. He also conducts neutral internal investigations and is a bilingual trainer (Spanish and English).
